Terms of service

By purchasing and using EMTweaks products you agree to the following terms.

License. Each purchase grants you a single license key that is hardware-locked to one machine. You may not share, resell, redistribute or transfer your license key to another person. Each key is for personal use only.

HWID Resets. If you get a new computer or make significant hardware changes, you can request a free HWID reset through our Discord server.

Software Use. EMTweaks modifies Windows system settings to optimize performance. All changes are reversible through the app. EMTweaks does not inject code into any game or modify game files. Use of the software is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute or resell any EMTweaks software or source code.

Refunds. All sales of digital products are final. See our Refund Policy for details.

Account Termination. We reserve the right to revoke a license key if we determine it has been shared, redistributed or obtained fraudulently.

Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software means you accept any changes.
