Refund policy

All sales are final.

EMTweaks products are digital software, delivered instantly to your
account at the moment of purchase. Because access is granted
immediately, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been
completed.

If the software does not work on your system, contact us through our
Discord and we will work with you to fix it. Most issues are resolved
within minutes. If we cannot resolve it, we may offer a refund at our
discretion.

If you purchased the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours through
Discord and we will swap it for the correct one.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the subscription
portal linked in the app. Cancelling stops future payments; the period
you have already paid for runs to its end.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer
law of your country.
